1. INSTRUCTIONS: *FOR MEDIUM- RESISTANT HAIR*

   1. Wash the hair up to 4 times with Majestic Clarifying Shampoo. Rinse well and towel dry. For very tight curls & virgin hair, leave the Clarifying shampoo on for 10 minutes to ensure that the hair cuticles are ready to receive the treatment.
   2. Remove excess of water with a towel
   3. Blow dry hair with moderate heat about 80%-100% dry.
   4. Divide the hair in small sections; apply Majestic Protein Therapy with a brush from root to end, starting from the back of neck. Note that, unlike other products, there is no need to remove excess product at this stage, leave the entire product on the hair.
   5. Leave the treatment for 45 minutes for wavy/frizzy hair and 60 minutes for very curly/ coarse hair.
   6. Remove excess product with water. Don’t completely wash or rinse hair. If hair is blonde or it has highlights, mix with Platinum Hair BTX.
   7. Blow-dry hair completely 100% using your blow dryer and hair brush (the more the hair is brushed, the better the result).
   8. Apply the Majestic Titanium flat iron 7-10 times on each section; on the inner parts of the hair, especially close to the neck. Use very thin layers of hair at a time to ensure inner layers are sealed as well. Set the temperature be between 410°F/210°C and 450°F/230°C, depending on the hair's integrity of the hair
   9. Hair can be washed same day or after 24 hours. Hair must be washed thoroughly prior to any color service. 
   10. Maintain Treatment with Majestic Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner every time you wash your hair.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
